Session 1 - Your story

I hear you. You tell me your whole story and we explore the symptoms of codependency. I give you the workbook on Emotional Detachment.

We will carry out an emotional discharge meditation and an art therapy activity.

Session 2- The psychology behind attachment

I explain the psychology behind attachment and why the symptoms of codependency are generated.

We will do a self-love meditation and an art therapy activity.

Session 3 - Healthy limits and commitment

Learn to implement boundaries with others and with your body. Create a commitment to the therapeutic process and start investing time in your hobbies and personal activities.

We will do a relationship closure meditation and an art therapy activity.

Session 4- Deactivate emotional triggers

Emotional triggers are people, experiences or situations that trigger an emotional reaction in you. Learn to recognize that you create your emotions, your thoughts, your behaviors and your physical reactions, and therefore you have complete control over them.

We will do an exercise to deactivate emotional triggers and an art therapy activity.

Session 5 - Deconstructing childhood trauma

Recognize childhood traumas that are projected into your current relationships.

Identify the limiting beliefs that were imprinted in your subconscious during your childhood, and begin to heal trauma wounds such as abandonment, rejection, lack of attention and communication.

Session 6 - Heal your inner child

Connect with your inner child and give her exactly what she needs. Begin a process of parental reeducation to change habits and behavior patterns that do not allow you to express your authenticity.

Session 7 - Develop new beliefs

Taking into account the limiting beliefs you have identified, develop new beliefs that are more aligned with your level of deservingness and self-worth.

Session 8 - Find your ideal partner

If you are looking for a relationship with commitment, dedication, affection and quality communication, don't settle for less. Feeling fully deserving of good things in your life means knowing exactly what you are looking for and letting go of what is not aligned with your best version, life purpose, standards and values. Learn key steps and strategies to find your ideal partner.

We will carry out a meditation on your ideal partner and an art therapy activity.

Session 9 - The components of a healthy relationship

You learned the blueprint of what a romantic relationship is from your parents. However, they did not teach you the components of a healthy relationship. In this session you will learn about the main components of a healthy relationship supported by psychology and science.

Session 10 - Reinforcement and closure

Breaking relationship patterns and habits is not easy. To change habits it is important to reinforce different beliefs every day. In this session you will identify the patterns and limiting beliefs that keep you blocked or repeating the same old patterns.
